Cancellations/No Show

 If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment, please give a 24 hours notice. Less than 24-hour notice will result in a 50% service fee that must be paid before rebooking any future services.

No shows will be charged 100% service charge of missed appointment before being able to rebook any future services.

Late to appointment

I know life happens! However, out of respect to my other clients, I cannot guarantee the full service can be completed if you are more than 10 minutes late. More than 15 minutes will result in the appointment being rescheduled with a 50% service fee due for a future appointment.​

Children in the salon​

WE LOVE CHILDREN, however, the salon can be a boring & dangerous place for them. We want every guest experience to be relaxing and enjoyable (including yours) so we ask that you please not bring your children or babies to your lash appointments. The salon is far from childproof and there are many hot tools, chemicals, and sharp objects that could hurt unsuspecting, curious little ones.
